I am a new member

I live in Sydney. I was diagnosed one year ago with MS, and I succeeded to reach a Master of Engineering degree. However, I am looking for work, and I do not how can I find a suitable job for my case.

MEng - that is tough. Good effort and v well done. You don't say what kind of job you are looking for, where when etc. If it is any consolation: I received my MSc early this year. Finding work is tough. More I think because I am 50 and haven't worked for 10y. I had sold a company, was a stay at home father, got divorced, went to uni for 6y and then realise that my CV has a giant hole in it. I am doing a bit of tutoring, a bit of supply teaching at a boys school and am now working with a mate to start a firm in Canada (I live in the UK). The message I have is that, as usual, life is bloody unpredictable. Hang in there. Have had MS for 26y. Keep doing stuff. If you sit back it all becomes v overwhelming v quickly and you start to believe you are less than capable. Mind over matter is crucial. As is exercise! Never give up, too easy. You'll sort it out, just not the way you imagine. Best, Dom

Thank you for your support. I am currently applying for jobs. And I will keep applying until I succeed once. I always believe in myself and keep trying.
