Hot sweats
Does anyone else suffer from hot sweats?
I’ve just started with them it started in the night but now it’s started in the day. I feel I have to walk around the house naked to cool off! 😂 I’m not on any meds yet. Can anyone help or explain to me?

Yep I suffer with it constantly, it's a common symptom. Overheating at the slightest exertion, not being able to cool down, feeling really weak n shaky when it happens. It's nothing to worry about as such, and yes sticking your feet in a bowl of cold water, especially on those unbearably hot summer days and nights does help a little. But I get what you mean, it can make you feel awful. Its called Uhthoffs syndrome and when it happens it makes all of your symptoms worsen. Highly recommend you invest in a decent tower fan to speed up the cooling down x
