home versus hospital

when can I tell when it's time to go to the hospital or when I should just stay home? My body hurts and I twitch and I'm fatigued but isn't that just the MS- when do I know I've relapsed and when do I know that I can sleep it off?

If in doubt, contact your MS Nurse if you have one. That's one of the reasons they are there :)
