Holidays with MS

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone has tips, advice and stories about holiday with MS? I am currently saving up (with what I can) for a holiday somewhere hot. But I don't want to travel alone cause I never been anywhere. Plus this past year am nervous to walk somewhere different where no one knows me or help me if you know what I mean. I have also been think working abroad for a few months then come home. Just to avoid the cold cause that triggers my MS Bring on the stories and advice xx

Remember heat can also trigger symptoms for some people especially fatigue ;-) have you checked if we have forum members close to any of your target areas? even if you don't meet them personally they may have good recommendations for Drs and supporting services. I'm in WI USA...I guarantee that won't be on your list ;-0
