Hi there

Hey, so just wondering how people cope with their pain. I have day too day pain in my legs, which some days is worse than others. I have pain relief for this but wondered if anyone had any other advice. I have relapsing remitting MS. Thanks ❤

Yeah normally its muscular pain but I do get nerve pain in the often. I get the numbness alot to so I fall quite a bit. I always know when I'm stressed which is often I have 2 young kids. And job and im single parent lol. My legs are my biggest daily battle. X

I've been taking Gabapentin for spasticity and spasms and it helps. I also take magnesium and make sure I drink a glass of milk per day. I have a Dr friend that has had a hip replacement (like me) and has Lupus and she said that if I have issues with Gabapentin to try the slow release version gralise. I called in my Dr to see if they could switch. It seems like my blood pressure is up and I feel warmer. Worth it to be able to do more! I was taking Rebif most recently for MS but will be switching to Ocrevus as it seems I am transitioning from RRMS to SPMS.
