Hi guys

Having a relaxing break on holiday. Weather good and watching air show tomorrow. Good news is feeling much better and positive. Just completed bike ride for MS. My issue remains traveling around new places i sooooo start to stress. Confidence issue makes me hyper sensitive. Does anyone relate to these experences. LJl.🤹‍♀️🦋

Hi @jolea, sounds like you’re leading a full life! I can relate to the confidence thing; that has affected me too since diagnosis last year. Oddly too, I have become more child-like in that I need structure and routine a lot more than I did previously. And yes, the sensitivity too. It’s a very strange thing, this MS enemy....
