Hi- Tecfidera is not a DMT that I have been on. I have seen discussion on it. Put it in the little magnifing glass in the upper left and you will get a lot of hits-

Hi @shanikablake, welcome to Shift. I’ve been in Tec for 2.5 years and all has gone well. Until you are fully to grips with it, always take it in the middle of a meal which shou,d be a mix of fat and protein if possible. Keep a spare at your workplace, or anywhere you visit often, so if you forget a tablet you will have one to hand. If you get any gastric issues, definitely to do the search as mentioned above. I’ve never had side effects, but some people do. It’s best if you can try to take it as close to 12 hours apart. So your body can get used to the regularity, although I don’t think that really matters. All the best, post any questions you have, lots of us have been through the things you are going through x
