Hi!

Hi! Everyday health.com has excellent exercises for us. M.S exercise routines are different general exercise routines. It’s VERY important that we stay active.
@grandma

Totally agree, used to go swimming every week and did a lying down Pilates class both of which were great, but Mr Government saw fit to take away my mobility car of 19 years in Feb, me being 'insufficiently disabled' to warrant one, in the last two months kindly mr council have installed me a through lift, a low threshold front door, and a huge ramp to the front of my house. How disabled does one have to be,I use an electric wheelchair and a mobility scooter, have to go to court to get my mobility car Award possibly returned, fabulous summer, I Caravan, my caravan is 10 years old but it's mine, and paid for, I have spent £2,000 in the last two years having adaptions made so I could continue to use it, alone, but no, it has sat all summer cos I've got no car to tow it with, mr government does not want us to lead 'normal' lives, they want us to go in the corner and die quietly, well I've got news or them, they've chosen the wrong person, will enjoy seeing them in court😡
