Hemostasis & remyelination

So I've just found an article about the effect of thrombin on myelin regeneration. I'm known to have a Factor XIII mutation which can relate to elevated thrombin levels because it's activated by it. I think it can explain my lack of remyelination. Do any of you have any kind of hemostatic problem which fits this scenario?
