Hello

Hello I was diagnosed 9 yrs ago and I don't really understand it, but I take every day as it comes, sometimes my hands are no good and sometimes I lose my words even though I know what I want to say,
@ItsMewithMS

When I have mentioned things like forgetting peoples names or some such the person I am speaking with (who doesn't know I have MS) just says that it happens to them all the time. And these things do! forgetting why I went upstairs, forgetting my grocery list, what I was going to do next. These are things that do just happen to people and not just people with MS. So I get it...not everything is MS ;-) some things are. I try to use some of the life hacks you can see or hear about on-line and make the best of it. I've really started to rely on my semi-smart phone for reminders and lists. I always have it with me so that is handy... As we say when riding horse...helmet on, eyes up and heels down before the jump ;) carry on

@karen_johnson, taking things one day at a time is always the best way. I often see the object in my mind but can’t put a name to it. As said above though, this happens all the time to people who don’t have MS. Us folks, we just gotta keep going and ride through it! All the best to you 😊
