Given Flexeril

Anyone have advise on flexeril? My legs started cramping and my feet cramp and pull into a ball, then get stuck there. It's such a strange sensation that I find myself laughing at first, then it just really hurts. Dr said flexeril twice a day...but I'm thinking that's alot of muscle relaxant.

I don’t take flexeril, but have in the past. It personally does nothing for me, but twice a day is pretty normal. I’d just take it at night time maybe to start because I know it makes some people extremely drowsy. I take baclofen, which still doesn’t work very well, 4 times a day. Hope it works for you!
