Gilenya timings

Hi everyone, I'm going on holiday tomorrow and when I started Gilenya I was told to take it at the same time everyday. I take it at 8:30am so in Mexico that will be 2:30am. Do I need to stick to the precise time or can I take it as soon as I'm up? Thanks

@rose93 , you could plan to start amending your schedule by an hour a day, a couple of days before you fly out. That should phase in the time difference. Then do the same on the return journey. Have a great time.

Oh dear, we fly in the morning. I'll just have to take it & go back to bed haha!! Thanks for the advice
