GIlenya - still have good and bad days!

I'm on Gilenty since October 2018. I had a scan after 6 months and the hospital said there was a new lesion but to stick with the Gilenya as that does not mean it is not working (time taken to full kick-in, etc). I still have good and bad days though where i'll get pins and needles one day, fine the next, pain in neck one day, fine the next! does anyone else on Gilenya still have good and bad days?
@insomniacoffeelover , all Disease Modifying Treatments (DMTs) are an investment for the future in reduced frequency and severity of relapses. So, if you did have good and bad days before, then you will probably continue having them. However, if you can halt the progression of the MS, then this may give your brain the chance to try and repair/recover some of the existing damage. A lot depends on the amount of neuronal reserve that you still have available
