Footdrop ideas
I'm having a few problems with my footdrop at the moment and have tripped over my foot a few times recently so I wondered if anyone used anything or had any tips they used to help? I've got an FES but with my last trip I was wearing it and it wasn't my toes that tripped me it was more the sensation stimulating 1 part of my foot more.

Before my aunt was diagnosed with Ms she was diagnosed with flat feet syndrome not sure if it's the same as yours..since then she knows it's from Ms.....
Hello. When out and about a wear a pair of ankle high boots, ie DMs. They stop my foot from dropping. Take Care. XX
