I just started Ocrevus last Wednesday and due to the discussion in this site I thought to check with my Neuro’s office and was advised to take it at least 2 weeks before my first dose and managed to stop into the clinic with one day to spare to take it before starting.

But once you have started seems to be your question and will be mine next year. Looks like the recommendation is to still get it but always the shot and never the nasal so you get the “dead” version if UK is similar to the US offerings. I always have a MS support number at my Neuro office to check in with…if you have a good relationship you could give them a heads up and/or ask?

I just recently asked my nurse and she said it’s fine as long as it’s not the nasal one and they recommend 6 weeks prior or after the infusion. It’s best to get it before though, but she also said it probably won’t be very effective since I have no B cells.
