First time for me!

Hi everyone! This is my first time here, and you probably guessed, it’s my first post as well.let me tell you a little bid about myself.......I was diagnosed April of 2011, I had no symptoms what so ever didn’t even know what it was. It took one week for me to go perfectly normal to not Able to move anything at all. My hubby and I were so scared. On a positive note, I didn’t feel that needle in my spine! I was in the hospital for almost a month. The last two weeks were spent learning how to walk, how to get dressed, and how to use a fork.....fun stuff. My hubby and I alway try to make the best of any situation......and I didn’t want to stay in a wheelchair. So I spent the next two months in slipper socks hanging on to a shopping cart for my life, and walking up and down store aisles with the hubby right beside me. I look back and think our happiest moment was when I went to the restroom at home, and I made it on time, and I sat down on the toilet seat........AND I FELT IT!! No more relying on blind luck! Any way, my doc said that all my lesions were in my spine, and they all flared at the same time. So, next paragraph is that I am not in a wheelchair, I work 40 hours a week as a loan specialist, with my trusty cane, my hubby and I hike in the mountains, we travel a lot on the road between here and Texas, stopping a lot for new adventures all along the way! So, there’s my story and I’m sticking to it 😁✌🏻
