Finally back

I have been here off and on for years...mostly off. However I spent a week in a psych hospital after a couple rounds of anxiety, depression, drinking and attempted suicide. I figured I need an MS community and even online is good, so I'm back again to get involved

Welcome back, @lightningduck . Long time, no see. And, I'm glad you have the opportunity to be back. Never feel alone with your MS and always consider reaching out. We're always here. Individually, we may be weak, but together we can be strong. 💪

Hello @lifhtningduck, sorry that you’ve really been going through it just lately. Shift is amazing, as you can drop in and out at will, without the pressure of worrying about offending people. And it provides consistency. There is always someone around, and a,ways the fact that whatever you are going through. People will understand or share the same thoughts. Having MS is so tricky, because it’s often not the MS itself that is so problematic, but everything else around that comes with it. The journey is so personal. Anyways, being part of a knowing community transcends borders, ie, you are in the US and I’m in London and we probably have a common understanding. Anyways, it’s cold and grey here but I am still gonna for e myself to go for a slow walk in the park now. Hope you have an OK weekend :-)
