I appreciate that my MS has not debilitated me as much as it could, I am so unbelievably grateful. But I feel so overwhelmed with emotion because of this nerve pain. I just want a day, hell even an hour without this constant pain all of the time. I feel hopeless, like it will never go away and I am struggling with how to cope with the pain. All tablets have side effects, I guess you have to weigh up the pros and cons but I just feel so stuck, and very emotional.
