Feeling better or worse after infusions?

Hi, I just had my latest infusion of Rituxan (after a COVID delay), and I always feel terrible afterward, but I’ve heard people say they feel better after treatment. Is this a case of “no two the same,” because of different DMTs, a combo? Just curious as I sit here in my post-infusion blahs.

Different DMDs have different protocols and, of course, we are all individuals. I'm on Ocrevus and when you get it you also get Sol Medrol and Benedryl stuff...so I have immediate reactions from them (reduced inflamation from Sol Medrol but kind of drowsy and yet can't sleep from Benedryl)...so also find out what kind of chasers they give you or pre-meds. My Neuro didn't expect the Sol Medrol to have such a prolonged impact on me and said he could order a bit less of that with my next round as we fine tune this...
