Fatigue Sucks

Hi all, hope you’re doing well. I need some advise, if anyone has the following issue: I experience extreme fatigue. So much so that I can sleep all day and all night and still be exhausted and unable to function. I’ve been prescribed Provigil, Nuvigil, and Adderall to combat my fatigue, but 1. The medication works only for a few hours 2. I end up reaching a plateau with the meds 3. I don’t want to be reliant on such extreme meds to help me Does anyone have any tips on how to live better??

It’s same for me I can sleep for days then feel ok over do it and back asleep. I try and fight it but lately just give in very upsetting because feel so unproductive and useless

@nutshell88 My fatigue isn't pain-dependent. It's its own separate problem. I don't take pain meds, so that's not the cause. I think you may not understand my symptom (which is fine! We are all different) but thanks for the response. @jen1973g The past few weeks have been very trying for me. I've been taking more "naps" lately and I feel like crap.
