Fancy online dance class for MS-ers?

Hello everyone, Hope you're all keeping as well as you can at the moment. I've been lucky enough to find joy in online dance classes that are run by a wonderful, empathetic teacher- Rachel. At the moment, I attend Rachel's standard classes where she offers options and adaptations for different types of bodies. Rachel helped me to re-gain confidence in my body after a dehabilitating relapse back in 2016 and is well-informed about some of the challenges MS can present in movement/dance. Excitingly, Rachel is keen to understand more about how she could offer online dance classes to the MS community and we've already discussed some ideas. So is anyone interested in online dance classes? If so, then send me a message. The idea would be to create a bespoke, tailored dance/movement class that would accommodate everyone's different symptoms as far as possible. In terms of cost, it would be free/donate if/what you can and we'd be looking to run it in next few weeks. It would be at beginners' level- I'm very average at dance but it's replenishing to have a fun, positive experience in a body with MS. Take good care all and hope to hear from some of you. Hannah x

I have problems with balance so not a great idea. 🤗

Hey @polepole, this is a lovely idea indeed, thanks for sharing. I'm one of the folks who are struggling with walking, so dance sounds traumatic! Good luck with the initiative....
