eyesight

@melmel1, i have had 2 episodes of opic nueritis, the first one led to my diagnosis is ms. It lasted for months. I thought i would have to get used to it. Then for whatever reason, my vision returned. I did start noticing that anger and overloading on carbs effected my sight. So i had to learn to walk away from people who irritated me and to think different about situations. I also learned to eT less sugar and carbs and go for anti inflammatory foods, the second round with O.N. was going on the second month when i happened to start back up with my Chiropractor. Now i see him regularly and have not had a bad episode since then. I do have periods where i see more shade of yellow with my left eye and shades of blue with the right, or i cant look at documents printed on white paper. But no. Loss of vision. You asked about my ms journey, and i have to say i feel rather fortunate. So far i keep rebounding and moving forward. I know things are coming, but today, i am good.
