Eye spasm

When I was younger and I was tired I use to get a twitch in my eye like most people when they had lack of sleep but for about 6 months I have a constant spasm in my eye every few seconds it’s spasms (not twitches) for a second and stops then spasms then stops etc. Does anyone else get this ?

@ninaceee I don’t get the eye twitch/spasm but I DO get leg spasms which I take CBD oil for. It may be worth a try.xx

I definitely have eye spams in my right eye. I have it for a couple of days usually and it comes and goes.
