Exercise-induced fatigue

Hi all, i was at neurologist last week, I asked him about my left leg not behaving when I am out with my dog, he says it's due to the damage in my c spine. When it happens I get quite emotional as I Iook disabled. I burst into tears yesterday, when I was out with the dog as a fellow dog walker said, are you OK you don't look well? Also I got an appointment through for an mri and I am supposed to be at work that day, phoned the senior charge nurse, her answer was, I can't give you the day off just to go for a scan, you will need to get a swap. I am so scunnered, wonder if this wonky leg is here to stay? Any advice? 😍

@mo-jo , stress will aggravate your MS symptoms and you seem stressed at the moment. Your Senior Charge Nurse needs to understand her legal responsibilities and that includes supporting someone with a degenerative condition. They may be able to reschedule your MRI to a more convenient day/time. Otherwise, the Senior Charge Nurse will have to arrange cover for the day of your scan. It is her job! Just try to go with the flow at the moment.

I can no longer walk at all but I walk the dog on the mobility scooter, with his lead on one of the arms, you can get round anything if you really need to. My pooch is an Airedale, and lots of people stop and ask me if he will pull me home if ever the battery gives out!😜
