I don’t see why not! You know your own body better than anyone, so just don’t overdo it. I find my mood and energy levels are considerably higher when I’ve exercised so go for it! Being fit, strong and healthy can only help. xx

it’s great. i use it all the time, really gives me a nice stretch too! very important to keep as strong as you can bit also to listen to your body.

This may be a dumb question, but what’s an elliptical trainer? Am sure it’s not what I’m thinking (an oval shaped physio)
