So basically to make a long story short I was diagnosed with MS almost a year ago. I have gotten much better physically now. I am hitting the gym 5 days a week and have my life back! However I have a sexual problem. I cannot seem to ejaculate either by myself or with another woman. I want to also state that I DO NOT have erectile dysfunction. I can get very hard and aroused very easily. And I can feel every sensation and it feels great, so I have no numbness issue. It is only the ejaculation that is the problem. I was able to ejaculate about 5 times since my diagnosis. Is there anything I can do to solve this last issue I am dealing with? Can a Urologist do anything for me? Has anyone else experienced this before? And what have you done to overcome it.
