Dizzy

Morning everyone, my dreaded dizziness and the light headed feeling has come back was feeling good for like 4 months now it's back , I did have a bit of a cold and a tooth infection where I had a root canal the other day, and heard infections can bring on ms flare ups, does anyone have any tips on how to reduce the dizziness. X

Are you on antibiotics for the infection? I had a pretty bad pseudo relapse from a stupid sinus infection earlier this year. The only thing that helped was getting better, and it took a couple weeks for me to feel normal again. I get vertigo pretty easily (especially from heat!) and now carry motion sickness medicine (meclizine) which works really well for me. It does make me tired but otherwise I can function.

@mamawals I was in so much pain with the infected tooth and thought I would have to be on antibiotics and painkillers after the root canal and I've had no pain since he done the root canal which I'm very surprised about, maybe I should try the motion sickness tablets I did try once and was shattered lol how u doing these days?
