@cammy_jarvis lucky you! I have heard a handful of people who this has happened to, were you doing any treatment?

I did actually have a remarkably amount of lesions disappear which almost is a wonder. Basically I had 5+ lesions and a very big lesion +- 10cm in size disappear after 15 days total of plasma exchange. Even tough it was a rough experience it was worth it for me.

My lessons have also disappeared. I’m not sure when that happened as my first MRI was end of 2006 and then I didn’t have another one until 2015. My neurologist told me she had to triple check my scan to make sure she haDn’t made a mistake.

@scrambelina, I don’t actually know how to do that, but thanks! I am also interested in the diet and lifestyle approach, as I don’t actually feel like I am ill, but my neuro has talked me into medication. Can you just tell me what you would eat in a typical day?

@kateb sorry I meant to reply days ago but I have the memory and attention span of a senile goldfish. I follow the overcoming MS diet which you can find out more about at http://www.overcomingms.org

https://www.mstrust.org.uk/life-ms/diet/types-diet has an overview of most of them.

There is nothing to stop you combining medication and lifestyle changes if you feel that’s what would work best for you, do whatever it takes to stay well!

I would recommend looking at all of them and seeing which if any of them would work for you, it’s a very personal decision.

Good luck x
