Diagnosis confirmed

Well, I received my official diagnosis today. Wow! I am not too sure how I feel! Part of my wants to scream to the moon, that I finally I have a REASON as to why things happen. Another is the fear of the unknown, or the what could be. I refuse to let this get me down. This is motivation for change! I am going to remain positive and use this to motivate me to experience life to the absolute fullest. Go for that walk, or that vacation. Never put off for today, what may not be able to be done tomorrow. I hope for the best! 💞

@michelle0186 Hi I know how you feel, one journey has ended and another has started. You scream, shout, jump up and down don't worry about it just let of some steam. Like you said having a reason must be a weight off your mind at least you know now your not going mad. Keep doing what you're doing, use it or lose it. Happy trails.

@smack

lose or lose it is the way to go. I made the mistake of thinking I would get better like the flu or something. So I stopped doing stuff like skiing,golfing etc. Now I can’t do these things at all. Life is short. Good Luck!!
