@djmazzapie , there are two different treatments being offered to you.

Tecfidera is a preventative therapy, that you have to keep taking. It works by trying to reduce the frequency and severity of relapses. Mavenclad and Ocrevus are Immune Reconstitution therapies that work by trying to modify your immune system to remove the MS flaw. These treatments are taken either annually or six-monthly.

I was changed onto Mavenclad in December and have finished the 1st treatment year. No side effects and hopefully none will occur.
Read about the medications before deciding. Good luck
