Daily living...

I am trying to get into managing symptoms...not diagnosed yet but well on way...i have fatigue and feel generally headachy on a daily basis. I have slowed down tried to rest and take naps etc. It is starting to prevent me going out with my kids for more than 2hrs and with school hols here we are likelu to have days out to zoos theme parks etc...any tips for coping? Also those of you on treatment did you find the day to day easier once established and body given chance to recover from relapse ( i know dmds dont improve damage done but i am really asking do they make you feel better/ more able to cope? )

@anxious123 , managing fatigue, especially in school holidays, is just that, a case of management. Plan meticulously, factoring in several opportunities to sit down and rest. Disease Modifying Treatments (DMTs) allow you to take an active role in addressing the ongoing progression of MS. This gives your body a chance to try and recover from existing damage.

I have severe fatigue and I get intermittent shooting pains in my right outside hip/thigh along with tingling in my toes and fingers. Headaches almost daily. It's tough.
