Cutlery please, No?... Awww

So, I thought that the Occupational Therapists were there to help you out and provide things for you when and if needed right?. Well low and behold, they do not provide things such as Suitable/Disability Cutlery... I would like to eat something other than a Sandwich, now and again ya know.

Peter I have a out of the box idea for your cutlery problem. Maybe you could find someone on-line that could make you one from a 3-D printer. They would have to have your help in designing it and then develop a program for the printer. A college student who is a wizard at this type of technology. You might even approach a university that has classes in 3-D printers and see if you could become a class project. My son is always printing out objects that he needs. I don't believe he has ever designed a project or written the program. He did copy a tiny wasps nest, it was incredible. I had a friend whose daughter only had partial use of one arm. She said that it would be nice if she had real dishes she could use at holidays. I made her a set where the plates were more like a flat bowl where the food would flip back in. I also cut a edge off and made a resting place for her hand because eating was tiring for her arm. The word got around about the dishes, I started making them for other families. I quit when they started getting pushy about the color of the glazes and the amount of time it took to make them. I was working 90 hours a week at my store and I wasn't making any money on the dishes. I was just trying to help. Potter

@potter Thanks for the reply, nice idea but I've already ordered some from someone on ebay. I was just having a bit of a whinge and a moan really. Appreciate the idea though, so thanks.
