Confused

I have recently been diagnosed with RRMS and at the moment highly active. Neurologist suggested Tecfidera or Fingolimod. MS specialist nurse brought Ocrelizumab to the table. I decided on ocrelizumab but my symptoms have worsened and ocrelizumab can take 6 months to be fully effective so natiluzimab was suggested (neurologist suggested) Yesterday he called to say he doesn’t feel my reasons for ocrelizumab is enough and that the risks are too high. He has painted a very scary picture of IV treatment and would only entertain oral meds. Even to the point of saying IV meds would take time to arrange the meds can be delivered to you soon as you really need to start treatment. He said he would reluctantly prescribe Natiluzimab. I had made the very tough decision and I feel weeks have passed and I’m back to square one. I genuinely do not know what to do and my stress has heightened my symptoms.

Hi Scotlass, I've sent you a friend request as I'm also based in Edinburgh. My first neurologist seemed very conservative on the treatment front so send me a private message if you want to compare notes. :)
