Coldness in limbs

Hi. I'm Piper. I have PPMS. I've never experienced a remission. This month has been extremely frightening because at 1st, it was just my right foot getting cold..(noticeably much colder to the touch)..(not the numb-like feeling as much). Now, by midday, the coldness has reached just up above my knee. This last week and a half, I've also been experiencing coldness on the outer sides of my arms & now, I'm beginning to have these cold patches move into the outer sides of my torso. Last night was particularly scary because it felt as if the coldness was at the bottom part of my heart, as well as in my throat. However, it has primarily began happening in my limbs. Has anyone even heard of this, much less experience it?

@piper , I assume these cold patches are just feelings, rather than physically having cold patches. Sensory symptoms are part and parcel of MS. It's where the messages to and from the brain aren't being received correctly. The following explanation might help :- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/altered-sensations

No.. I wish that were the case. For example, my right foot, up to my thigh is moderately cooler than the left. As well as the outsides of my arms and now torso & throat. Thank you for this information though. Much appreciated!
