Cold numb feet

Hi. I've tried contacting the nurse service today but, apart from a secretary who told me I'd get a call back which never materialised, didn't have much joy. Wonder if anyone can tell me whether this is a relapse or not - numb feet for the past 3+ days. Started in my heels, spread to the whole of the soles of both feet and today has spread further up my legs to about mid-calf. They're not completely dead - I can feel touch but it's like a deadened feeling, like when you've had pins and needles and your feet are just coming back to life but still don't feel like they quite belong to you. My feet are also freezing cold.

Niccis@cold numb feet The symptoms you have is how I learnt that I have MS. Started in my feet, went all the way up to my mid section. This lasted for 3 months. I now only have the cold numb tingly feeling in my feet, and it has been that way for 5 years now. These are the only symptoms I have ever had. I have also been on different medications to dull the discomfort. Wishing you strength.

I had similar about 4 years ago, and have had various other symptoms since then. I think this probably is a relapse - just waiting to see what happens next!
