CBD capsules

Hi, can anyone advise on CBD capsules and dosages? I tried a 1000mg one today for first time and I was amazed at how much it relieved my symptoms! Not sure if 1000mg is ok to take every day? Any comments are greatly appreciated, thanks in advance x

@lafeeverte, I can’t advise on CBD capsules cos I use the oil which is a mere 500mg - 2 squirts under the tongue twice a day. I take it plus one Baclofen for leg spasms and it works. Glad you find it helpful. I just plumped for 500 so I’ve no idea what the right dosage is, maybe dependent on our weights? My neurologist was a bit dismissive when I told him. xx

@merrifield thanks for your comment, yes I do think its weight dependant. I'm not on any medication yet so I was thought I'd just try it. So glad I did. The medical profession won't endorse CBD yet as not enough medical research yet. It will come. Thank you xx
