I do, it’s kind of a double edged sword with me as it helps relieve some of my symptoms but I’ve now become quite reliant on it and it does zap my motivation quite a lot, on the whole it’s been a great help but I am trying to cut back on it.

But I don’t live in a progressive country and it’s therefore still illegal and I just have to take what I can get, in Canada you probably have dispensaries with a multitude of strains and knowledgeable staff who can advise on what would help you the most. It doesn’t work for everybody and it can have it’s downsides but I’d say it helps most people who use it.

Hi arbee! Thanks for your response.. I was a vaper but now had to suddenly stop with my diagnosis. I occasionaly ise recreational cannabis, I am really struggling to stop vaping and need something to keep me going. Do you smoke it? What form do u use?

@crazylady, I m using CBD oil to see if it helps prevent leg spasms which it seems to, but I keep forgetting to take it regularly. I take 2 squirts under my tongue 3 times a day ( when I remember). I’ve read on here people who say it helps. xx

Hey crazylady, I’m in an awkward position now because I’ve always smoked joints but obviously since my diagnosis I’m trying to pack in smoking so I have a herb vape which I try to use instead of smoking but I find it doesn’t quite hit the spot in the same way and it makes me cough a lot so I try to vape it but do end up having a joint most days (another reason why I need to cut back on it!).

I’ve used CBD oil (no psychotropic effect) and I have had great results with neuritis pain that comes and goes. I was doing about 10 mg at bed time about 3 times a week, and occasionally 25 mg.

If you’re concerned about expense or about building up tolerance, it’s not really something one has to use every day, at least in my experience.

@crazylady yeah you’re doing better than me, if I could stick to just my vape I’d feel I was doing well. Unfortunately i don’t get many options, i can’t get oil or e juice or anything like that (although i have looked into making it myself), I do occasionally make brownies tho!
