Can you change your neurologist?

Please let me start off by saying I'm not whining or being ungrateful...my current neurologist has been very efficient in organising scans and treatment over the years. But...I am wondering if I can change my neurologist. When I saw him about a year ago he encouraged me to get back with my ex husband, who cheated on me, just so I had help at home. Today he called me to discuss the 'seizures' I have had this year. The hospitals diagnosis was seizures, but he said it was just panic attacks and the hospital don't really know what they are talking about...that was a quote btw. He said if I have seizures I would not remember what happened. Obviously as he pointed out he has had many years working with neuro problems but he completely just brushed me off. These 'panic attacks' only effect one side of my body( my damaged side from MS) and the last one effected my speech quite badly for a few days. Any thoughts as to if I can change my neurologist would be appreciated also if anyone has any idea if panic attacks can just make one side weak and spasm. Thanks.
@MARCI

I just did. Was like night and day. I called imaging at hospital where I've gone since diagnosed. CD and Dr notes, and took it to give new Dr. 🤗much happier with new Dr.

@Scramblelina

@jem_carter, you have the right to change any doctor including your GP and your specialists. I wasn't happy with my first neurologist so I did a bit of research and found one that I preferred and changed to her.
