Brave face

Just had my lumbar puncture for ms confirmation but I’m feeling a bit ropey afterwards. Any suggestions about how long this lasts for are very welcome?!

I got told to drink caffeine after I had mind to help with recovery, I don't drink tea or coffee so had a small bottle of coke, I picked up quickly after

I think yes drink loads and you should feel better in 24 hours. Emotionally too I felt wobbly for 24 hours, as it's quite scary.
