Hi everyone, Can anyone advise me on taking high strength biotin while breastfeeding? Before I was pregnant I took 5000 ug but stopped when I became pregnant. I'd like to start taking it again but I'm exclusively breastfeeding my baby. Ive read that it is ok to take a lower dose when breastfeeding, but havent found anything on such a high dose. Thanks x
