Bike ride legs!!!

Anyone's legs feel like they have just got off a bike. Mine are like jelly and heavy! I get spasms of pain that make me jump and have permanent pins and needles. Thanks xx

@hayley_norton , I share your pain. I'm presently getting around in my wheelchair or with a frame. And, it is so difficult to raise my feet to move forward!! 😢 But, I am recovering after a stay at the Hotel NHS - well, I hope I'm recovering..........

I have RRMS and had these feelings of ‘heavy’ feet, pins and needles since 2016. I went from furniture surfing to walking with a rollator but now I use a wheelchair full time and when transferring from my wheelchair to another chair, my feet often just do not move. Unfortunately, my mobility never did come back ☹️
