Hello people I am a little new at this posting questions. But I thought I’d give it a go. Who better to ask than the ma community. I was diagnosed with ms after having optic neuritis About 8-9 years ago. Since then I have very few symptoms. I do suffer what I Describe as a ice cold feeling/ pain in my shoulder and foot. Only seems to happen at night of if I get cold. But resently I have been suffering with lower back pain whenever I lay down on my back. It’s been happing for about 6 months +. Anyone with similar or a relief plan I would appreciate it sooooooo much
