ANY ADVICE PLEASE ?

My partner (new) has stage 2 progressive MS, and suffers everyday with pain, stiffness and balance issues. Can I ask please what can I do to help him. I get him ice packs for when the MS hugs hit, support when walking out and about, but he's such a wonderful fella that I really want to do more to help him. Any ideas gratefully received.
