Aluminium on the brain....?

I read recently on the finding that brains of people with MS may well have high levels of aluminium: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6121957/ Does anyone else better understand the implications of this research. It seems quite significant and relatively new. A bit of a google tells me that drinking a litre of mineral water rich in silica helps to excrete aluminium from the body - volvic or Fuji brands both have the required levels (30ppm) I belive.....

@raider , this is interesting, but not new news. I'm surprised the research team at Barts (https://multiple-sclerosis-research.org/) hasn't commented on this at some stage.

@raider

Thanks - your link led me to Active MSers which is a fab resource. I may never get round to doing any work ever again! So much to read. So much to research.
