Alcohol and flare ups

Just wondering if anyone experiences this??..... I don’t drink a lot usually, but there have been a few nights where Iv exceeded my usual ‘couple’ and had a hangover the next day etc. I had a relapse about 5/6 weeks ago which was fizzing and numbness in one leg, last week I was feeling great and back to normal, then after a rather boozy Saturday evening, Sunday I woke up with altered sensation in my toes but now it’s in both feet and have numb-ish bum cheeks. Is this a too short space of time to be another relapse? or has the alcohol/ hangover stress on my body flared the same one back up? I can’t see anywhere that it’s a cause, but I suppose everyone is different?! After doing some past investigating, whenever Iv experienced problems/ relapses it’s always after a said night out. Due to this, I am obviously going to avoid drinking in excess - will be interesting to see if that is intact a trigger for me.

.....Also apart from the odd boozy night every now and again I’m extremely healthy with my diet and active 😊
