Advice on Wrist Weights

Some advicé is needed please folks. Will wearing a wrist weight give me back some more control in my hand?. My right hand has started to tremor over the last few days and I'm in need of it being the best it can be for Wheelchair purposes.

@peterfrancis , that is a question best asked to a physiotherapist. But, in the absence of their advice, there would seem to be little risk in trying it.

Thanks @Stumbler, I'll speak to the Physio when I next see her. In the mean time I may invest in some and try them out, see if that helps me out in some way.
