I’ve had ms for 20 plus yrs .. and not really had huge probkrms .. how do I start the process of a permanent disability with my Dr.. as far as not sounding like a quitter..I’m sick ..but I’m not suck enough to be off .. but I’m tired and my quality of life is suffering.. ..and advice please

@karen_williams I can certainly relate to this. Are you full or part-time? I’m part-time and that makes a real difference. I don’t work Wednesday and Thursdays so I only ever work 2 days in a row. I also remind myself (on the tough days) that work is good for my brain health, my self esteem and my bank balance!
