Hi just wondered if anyone near me knows of any ms groups (yoga, friendship, coffee mornings) anything helpful, I’m struggling to fill my days while unable to get work, as you may all find, people around me either don’t understand or leave me out knowing I can’t join in with regular stuff so I don’t get much grown up interaction and feel a little lonely
