TYSABRI AND JC VIRUS

HI EVERYONE . TO ALL THAT ARE ON TYSABRI. HAS EVERYONE HAD THE TEST FOR THE JC VIRUS AND HAVE YOU DECIDED TO STAY ON TYSABRI OR NOT . I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY COMMENTS .. IAN G X

Hey Ian, I am just about to start talk Tysabri and I tested positive for JC Virus. Spoke to my neurologist and he isn't a big fan of any of the medications out there at the moment but said that this was it and that the minimal risk was worth taking. Take care x

HI JESS . I TOO WAS TESTED POSITIVE BUT AM STILL GOING TO CARRY ON WITH TYSABRI AS I HAVE BEEN RELAPSE FREE FOR OVER TWO AND A HALF YEARS NOW . THIS IS THE LONGEST I HAVE BEEN RELAPSE FREE SINCE IT ALL KICKED OFF ..... I DO THANK YOU FOR REPLYING YOU TAKE CARE TOO AND I WISH YOU WELL......IAN G X.
