Summer Shoes

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas/experience finding suitable summer footwear? Especially pretty sandals - it seems that there's only sporty velcro things, high heels, or slip-ons that don't bend with your foot. I don't have the energy to trawl shoe shops to find something suitable for summer.

I feel your pain. Try Clarks as they have flexible soles that mould your foot as you walk. Also any slip on sandal that has a sling back is good and if you get the from m&s they usually have padded soles so they're comfortable for you to stand around in. Also look in plces like topshop and dp as their flat sandals are always with a flexible sole. I've never had problems with these.

Thanks gals. I've looked on clarks website and found you can get up to 6 pairs ordered to guarantee they'll be in store for you to try on when u get there. It means you can get the full range and don't have to make multiple trips and waste energy. I like the gladiator sandal idea too so will be on the lookout for those :)
